1.Generate new business opportunities with Sector Skill Councils (SSCs), Training Partners (TPs), Government Departments, CSR organizations, NGOs, and Corporate clients.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Develop long-term business relationships with key stakeholders.

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

Identify and onboard new Training Partners and assessment projects.

Conduct presentations and meetings with prospective clients.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

3. Tender & Proposal Management

Track Government and Corporate tenders related to skill development.

Coordinate preparation and submission of technical and financial proposals.

Negotiate commercial terms and finalize agreements.

4. Assessment Project Coordination

Coordinate with Operations for smooth execution of assessments.

Ensure timely scheduling, assessor deployment, and project completion.

Monitor client satisfaction and resolve operational issues.
