Job Title: Business Development Executive (Corporate Relations)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executive (Corporate Relations) to drive corporate partnerships and strengthen industry engagement for student placements.

The ideal candidate should have 3–6 years of experience in corporate relations, business development, B2B sales, or strategic partnerships, with a strong ability to build relationships with HR leaders and hiring managers.

This role requires a professional who can independently manage corporate accounts, generate new hiring partnerships, and contribute to placement growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new corporate partnerships for student placements.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Teams, and decision-makers.

• Generate placement opportunities through continuous corporate engagement.

• Understand hiring needs and align suitable student profiles accordingly.

• Schedule and conduct corporate meetings, follow-ups, and partnership discussions.

• Drive hiring tie-ups, recruitment drives, and long-term engagement models.

• Work closely with academic and training teams to ensure student readiness as per industry standards.

• Maintain corporate database, track engagement activities, and monitor placement metrics.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development and placement targets.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–6 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Relations, B2B Sales, Campus Placements, or Key Account Management.

• Strong corporate network and experience in engaging senior stakeholders.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Target-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple corporate accounts.

• Good understanding of market trends and hiring demands.
