Role Overview
Oxxy Healthcare is hiring a Corporate Sales Executive to drive corporate tie-ups for CutMediBills, an employee healthcare savings benefit that helps employees reduce eligible medical spends at the time of billing through pre-negotiated rates.
This is a field-heavy, target-driven role focused on meeting CHRO and procurement teams, pitching the program, and closing corporate partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Sales and Partnerships
Prospect and meet CHRO/Admin/Procurement teams across companies in Delhi NCR
Pitch CutMediBills as an employee benefit and close corporate tie-ups
Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, meetings, proposal, negotiation, closure
Achieve weekly meeting and monthly closure targets
Roll out Support
Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and roll out timelines
Support HR teams with basic communication material and employee onboarding flow
Ensure smooth handover after closure and maintain relationship for renewals
Reporting and Discipline
Update CRM with daily activity, pipeline stages, and meeting notes
Share weekly reports: meetings done, proposals shared, closures, and next steps
Requirements
1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales, field sales, corporate tie-ups, or relationship sales
Confident communication and presentation skills
Strong follow-up discipline and comfort with targets
Willingness to travel locally for meetings across Delhi NCR
Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint
Preferred (Good to Have)
Prior experience selling employee benefits, insurance, healthcare services, or SaaS
Existing corporate CHRO/Admin contacts in Delhi NCR
