📌 Job Title: Product Specialist – Hearing Aids

🎯 Job Responsibilities:

• Explain hearing aid products and features to patients in a clear and confident manner

• Support Audiologist during patient counseling and product demonstration

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Handle walk-in patients and convert inquiries into sales

• Maintain proper product display and stock management

• Follow up with old patients for upgrades and service

• Coordinate with marketing team for local promotional activities

• Maintain daily sales and follow-up reports

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Sales experience preferred (Medical / Hearing Aid / Pharma / Retail)

• Basic computer knowledge

• Confident personality and professional behavior

• Willingness to travel locally for field work (if required)

💰 Salary:

₹8,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Fixed + Performance Incentives)
Salary depends on experience and performance.
