Are you a results-driven Business Development professional with strong corporate connections and a passion for driving impactful partnerships? We are looking for an experienced Corporate BDE (CSR Sales) to join our team in Bengaluru!

Position Overview

Role: Corporate BDE – CSR Sales

Experience: 3 – 7 Years

Location: Ullal, Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru (Office + Field / Travel as required)

Compensation: Salery (Statutory) + Performance Incentives

Qualification: Any Graduate (MBA / PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or CSR preferred)

Age /Gender Preference: 25 – 35 Years/ Male candidate only

What You’ll Do

Drive end-to-end B2B and CSR business development, from lead generation to closure.

Pitch tailored solutions to Corporate CSR Heads, NGO Leaders, and Institutional Buyers.

Craft consultative proposals, deliver impactful presentations, and build strong pipelines.

Establish and scale new corporate sales verticals from scratch.

What We’re Looking For

An active network among Corporate CSR Heads, Trusts, and Foundations.

Strong communication skills in English (Mandatory); working knowledge of Hindi, Kannada, or regional languages is a strong plus.

Must have: Personal Laptop, Smartphone, Valid Driving License, and Two/Four-Wheeler for field mobility.
