Consumer Loan Sales Executive

We are looking for a Consumer Loan Sales Executive to join our team at Urban Money Private Limited. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹14,000 - ₹19,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Making high-volume outbound calls to potential customers to introduce loan products and convert leads into applications.

2.Clearly explaining loan features, interest rates, repayment options, and eligibility criteria to clients.

3.Consistently following up with prospects to close loans and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.

4. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales loans' targets.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 1 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Lead Generation,Convincing Skills,Cold Calling is an added advantage.
