 Profile, maintain and update records of all contractors in the territory / unit

 Enroll adopted contractors for required set of training programs, evaluate their on-site proficiency

 Pitch new products and ensure new products training and product usage

 Track and promote business engagement of adopted contractors with Asian Paints

 Ensure the contractors meet mandatory requirements and upgrade in the tier hierarchy

 Ensure site evaluation & on-site assistance for adopted contractors

 Co-ordinate with TSO and other retail team members as and when required.
