● Handle collection activities for assigned customers/accounts.
● Follow up with customers through calls and field visits, as required, to ensure timely
payment.
● Maintain regular communication with customers regarding outstanding dues.
● Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets within the defined timelines.
● Update customer/account information and collection status accurately.
● Coordinate with the reporting officer and internal teams regarding collection-related
matters.
● Maintain proper records of customer interactions, payments, and follow-ups.
● Adhere to company policies, collection guidelines, and professional conduct
standards.
● Escalate difficult or unresolved cases to the reporting officer as required.
