Collection Executive

• Role: Field Collection Executive / Collection Officer

• Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (Positions across major hubs like Tonk Road, Mansarovar, and Vaishali Nagar)

• Job Type: Full-time, On-field

• Salary: ₹15,500 to ₹22,000 per month (Depends on experience) + High monthly incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Field Visits: Travel daily to customer homes or workplaces to collect missed payments.

• Target Achievement: Meet daily and weekly targets for recovering outstanding EMI balances.

• Customer Negotiation: Convince clients to clear dues and create realistic payment schedules.

• Cash Depositing: Safely deposit all collected cash at the branch per company rules.

• System Updates: Report your visit status and collections to managers every day.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Graduate in any field.

• Experience: Freshers are welcome, but 0 to 2 years in field sales or finance collections is preferred.

• Assets: Must own a working two-wheeler and hold a valid Driving License.

• Language Skills: Fluency in Hindi and local geographical knowledge of Jaipur routes.

• Age Limit: Typically between 21 to 30 years old.
