Guarented Rentals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and result-oriented Field Collection Executives to join our collections team. The role involves visiting customers, collecting pending dues, resolving payment-related concerns, and ensuring timely recoveries while maintaining professional customer relationships.

This is a complete field-based role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payment processing (vendor payments, reimbursements, refunds)

• Perform bank, invoices, and payment reconciliations with accuracy

• Handle discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams for resolution

• Maintain financial records and generate payments reports

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and internal policies

• Support automation and process improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with Accounts, Finance, Operations and other Internal teams

• Monitor risks and ensure secure financial transactions

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

• Prior experience in collections, field sales, recovery, or customer service is an added advantage.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to travel within Bangalore for field visits.

• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.

• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.
