Job Summary

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing daily clinic operations, coordinating with doctors and staff, monitoring patient registrations and treatment follow-ups, ensuring smooth patient services, and achieving operational targets. The role requires strong coordination, team management, and patient-handling skills to ensure efficient functioning of the TB Clinic.

Key Responsibilities

1. Clinic Operations: Manage daily clinic activities and ensure smooth functioning of the centre.

2. Patient Management: Monitor patient registrations, treatment initiation, follow-ups, and patient satisfaction.

3. Team Coordination: Supervise receptionists, lab technicians, counsellors, and other clinic staff.

4. Doctor Coordination: Maintain relationships with referring doctors and ensure proper coordination for patient referrals.

5. Performance Monitoring: Track daily patient footfall, new registrations, treatment initiations, and centre performance.

6. Documentation: Ensure accurate patient records, reports, billing, and Nikshay-related documentation.

7. Revenue & Targets: Monitor centre revenue, operational targets, and patient conversion.

8. Inventory Management: Monitor medicine and laboratory stock and ensure timely replenishment.

9. Reporting: Share daily and monthly performance reports with senior management.

10. Patient Experience: Handle patient queries, complaints, and service-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare or Management background preferred).

• 2–5 years of experience in clinic, hospital, or healthcare operations preferred.

• Good communication and team management skills.

• Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.

• Ability to manage staff, patients, and daily operational activities.

• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

Salary & Incentives

• Fixed Salary: ₹19,000 per month.
