We are looking for a proactive and organized CRM Assistant Manager with 2 months to 3 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer data, supporting CRM operations, and ensuring smooth communication between sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
Manage and maintain CRM data accurately
Track leads, customer interactions, and follow-ups
Support sales and marketing teams with CRM reports and insights
Ensure timely updates of customer records and pipelines
Coordinate with internal teams for customer-related activities
Help improve CRM processes and workflows
Handle basic customer queries and escalations when required
Basic understanding of CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Good organizational and data management skills
Strong communication and coordination abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
2 months to 3 years of experience in CRM, sales support, or customer management
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
