Job Title: Client Relationship & Sales Executive (Fresher) – Staffing & Recruitment

Location: Hyderabad- Jubilee Hills

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and ambitious fresh graduates who are passionate about sales, client relationship management, and business development.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.

• Schedule meetings with potential clients to understand their hiring and staffing requirements.

• Present the company's staffing and workforce solutions to prospective customers.

• Follow up with clients regularly to nurture relationships and identify new opportunities.

• Coordinate with the recruitment team to understand candidate availability and client requirements.

• Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and commercial documents.

• Assist in preparing business reports, sales forecasts, and market research.

• Required Skills

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

• Confident personality with a positive attitude.

• Basic understanding of sales and customer service principles.

• Good negotiation and presentation skills.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms is an advantage.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, Engineering, or any related field.

• MBA (Marketing/HR) freshers are encouraged to apply.

• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales, business development, customer support, or recruitment are eligible.
