We are looking for a smart and responsible person who can help us manage daily client communication, handle incoming calls, coordinate with different authorities, and support us with documentation and administrative work.
No legal background needed — we will teach you everything.
Job responsibility:
Attend client calls and messages and respond politely
Coordinate with clients to collect documents and follow up when needed
Maintain proper records of client files, documents, and email communication
Prepare basic paperwork, forms, and submissions (training will be provided)
Help in agent registration, RERA documentation, and other routine filings
Communicate with different stakeholders like courier partners, authorities, etc.
Manage office tasks such as scheduling, updating trackers, and basic admin work
Assist the senior team in day-to-day tasks and ensure work is completed on time
