We are looking for a Female Client Relationship Manager who will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our relationships with clients. This position is based in Nehru Place, Delhi.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Communication: Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction. This involves handling inquiries, providing updates, and responding positively to feedback.
2. Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and long-term partnerships. Engage with clients to gain trust while understanding their business challenges and objectives.
3. Coordination with Teams: Work closely with various internal teams to communicate client needs and ensure a seamless service experience. This may include coordinating with marketing, sales, and product development teams.
4. Reporting and Analysis: Collect client data and feedback to generate reports that can help improve our services. Analyze trends to understand client preferences and assist in strategic planning.
