Role & Responsibilities:

• Convert inquiries into sales for immigration services

• Counsel clients regarding immigration programs (Canada, Europe, Australia, UK, etc.)

• Understand client profiles and recommend suitable visa options

• Explain process, documentation, timelines, and fees clearly to clients

• Follow up with prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM

• Coordinate with documentation and processing teams after deal closure

• Handle client objections professionally and close sales effectively

• Ensure proper collection of fees and timely submission of documents

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales support

• Stay updated with immigration rules, policies, and market trends

• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews

• Adhere to company policies, ethical sales practices, and compliance norms

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent relationship-building and client-handling abilities

• Good understanding of immigration processes (Work Permit, Tourist Visa, Opportunity Card, PR, )

• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
