CRM Key Responsibilities:

Follow up with dealers, distributors, and clients for outstanding payments

Maintain and track customer-wise outstanding reports and ageing analysis

Coordinate with the accounts, dispatch, and sales teams for billing, deliveries, and payment status

Resolve client queries related to invoices, dispatch details, and payment discrepancies

Ensure timely collections and reduce overdue receivables

Maintain proper records of communication and update CRM systems regularly
