Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with relevant teams for timely resolution of client requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of client communication and follow-ups.
• Handle client queries professionally and escalate issues whenever required.
• Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support overall client relationship management and retention
