Job Title: Project Coordinator cum Marketing Executive

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Relationship

• Meet and network with Architects, Clients, Real Estate Developers, PMC Consultants, and Engineering Firms to generate project leads

• Identify upcoming construction, interior, industrial, and MEP projects and position DNR as a preferred service provider.

• Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and networking forums to build brand visibility.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate with site teams, architects, clients, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects.

• Facilitate design reviews, technical discussions, and approvals by acting as the communication bridge between site and client.

• Track project progress

Head Office Liaison

• Coordinate with Head Office for drawings, quotations, proposals, and technical documents required for both projects and marketing activities.

• Maintain structured documentation and reporting for all project and business development activities.

Additional Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit weekly visit reports, market intelligence, and lead updates.

• Assist in proposal preparation, cost estimation follow-ups, and payment coordination where required.

• Maintain professional relationships for repeat business and referrals.

• Support branding and promotional activities in the region when needed.

Candidate Profile

• Qualification: Diploma / B.E in Engineering / Electrical / Mechanical/ Civil / MEP

• Experience: 1–5 years in project coordination / business development / marketing in construction, MEP, interiors, or real estate sector

• Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders

  • Technical understanding of drawings & site processes (added advantage)

  • Two-wheeler & willingness to travel locally
