Job Description: Client Servicing
Job Location: Andheri, west

Experience: 6 months to 1 Year of experience
Qualification: Graduation / MBA

Build lasting client relationships and ensure exceptional customer service!

Responsibilities:

1. Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
2. Understand client requirements for gifting and packaging solutions.
3. Co-ordinate with production and design teams to ensure timely deliveries.
4. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
5. Assist in developing custom solutions and proposals for corporate gifting.
6. Handle queries and complaints professionally and promptly.
7. Maintain detailed records of client communications and projects timelines.
8. Support business development team in upselling and client retention efforts.
9. Manage client meetings (virtual/in-person) and gifting presentations.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
2. Strong communication, problem-solving skills and organizational. 
3. Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
4. A proactive attitude, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
