Key Responsibilities
Client Communication: Serving as the primary point of contact, responding to inquiries, and providing support.
Relationship Management: Building strong bonds with clients, understanding their needs, and nurturing long-term partnerships.
Internal Coordination: Liaising with designing, video or other departments to ensure smooth service delivery and project execution.
Issue Resolution: Addressing and escalating client complaints or problems to find effective solutions.
Administrative Support: Scheduling meetings, managing client data, preparing materials (proposals, presentations), and maintaining records.
Project Oversight: Setting agendas, creating checklists, and following up on tasks to keep projects on track.
