Job Description:
We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager who can build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and ensure excellent service delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle existing and new clients professionally
Maintain long-term client relationships
Understand client requirements and provide solutions
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Follow up with clients and resolve queries
Ensure client satisfaction and retention
Prepare reports and maintain client data
Skills Required:
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Customer handling & relationship management
Problem-solving ability
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM)
Sales/Service mindset
Salary Package:
₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience)
Performance-based incentives available
