Department: Client Relations
Overview: Responsible for being the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services Scope of Work: 1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone & email interactions 2. Effectively troubleshoot customer concerns regarding products, application issues, and order fulfillment, in coordination with respective departments 3. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to agreed-upon specifications 4. Gather and analyze customer feedback to provide data for improvement in product development and service delivery 5. Maintain detailed customer records and account information, along with maintaining & sharing relevant documentation and supporting with accounts reconciliation 6. Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction
