Client Relationship Executive (Full-time)

Work Schedule: Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM (Alternate Saturdays off)
Reporting To: Team Leader

Role Summary
Handle client servicing end-to-end -- convert inbound leads, understand requirements, coordinate execution with internal teams, and drive repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert inbound leads and support business growth

• Understand client needs and recommend solutions

• Coordinate internally to ensure timely, accurate execution

• Own client communication, satisfaction, and retention

• Work towards assigned sales targets

Requirements

• Strong command over English (spoken and written)

• Keen to learn; comfortable with new tools and processes

• Ownership mindset, problem-solving ability, and strong follow-through

• Experience in sales support/business development (lead handling + conversion)
