Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound client calls for inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate client information and activity history in the CRM system.
Conduct market research to identify new leads, competitors, and pricing trends.
Prepare sales reports, analyze customer data, and support marketing initiatives.
Support overall business development through proactive communication and sales coordination.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer support.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic team environment.
