Client Relationship Executive – Real Estate (Luxury Second Homes)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Pre-Sales Executive to drive sales of luxury second homes and agricultural plots. The role involves outbound calling, lead generation and coordinating site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to generate and qualify leads
Present property projects to prospective clients
Schedule and coordinate client site visits
Follow up to drive conversions
Maintain records and update CRM
Stay updated on market trends and competition
Qualifications:
1–3 years of sales experience (real estate preferred)
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable with outbound calling
Target-driven and organized
Knowledge of local real estate market is a plus
Basic knowledge of real estate documentation and processes is a plus.
Proficient in using MS Office.
