Handle inbound & outbound calls related to reservations, event inquiries, and client follow-ups.
Understand client requirements for parties, celebrations, and events, and suggest suitable packages.
Conduct guest interactions with warmth and professionalism to ensure memorable experiences.
Manage party calling and coordinate with clients for event bookings, confirmations, and updates.
Organize and attend party meetings with clients to finalize details such as menu, décor, seating, and entertainment.
Coordinate internally with operations, kitchen, and event teams to deliver client expectations.
Maintain strong client relationships and build repeat business opportunities.
Keep records of client interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.
Support the sales & marketing team in driving event bookings and promotions.
