Role Overview

Mandot Securities Private Limited is looking for a Client Acquisition Executive to join our growing team. The role involves acquiring new clients, generating business through Demat & Trading account openings, promoting financial products and services, and building long-term client relationships.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills, a customer-focused approach, and an interest in the stock market and financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new client leads through calling, references, networking, and other business development channels.

• Acquire new clients and assist them with Demat and Trading account opening and documentation.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products and services offered by the company.

• Promote Equity, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, IPOs, and other financial products as per client requirements.

• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into active clients.

• Achieve assigned monthly acquisition, revenue, and business targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth account opening and client onboarding.

• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely support for their queries.

• Track market and industry developments and share relevant client/business insights with management.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and client interactions.

Job Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 6 Months – 1 Year of experience in sales, client acquisition, telecalling, relationship management, or financial services.

• Experience in stock broking, banking, financial services, or insurance will be an advantage.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.

• Ability to generate leads, follow up consistently, and convert prospects into clients.

• Target-oriented with a strong focus on business growth and client satisfaction.

• Basic knowledge or interest in the Stock Market, Demat & Trading, Mutual Funds, or IPOs will be preferred.

• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
