We are looking for a Civil site supervisor to join our team at at The Royal Lands & Nest Co Operative Housing Soceity Limited. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹10,000 - ₹25,000 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Management: Oversee all on-site activities to ensure compliance with building codes, blueprints, and quality standards.
Safety Enforcement: Implement and monitor safety regulations, ensuring all staff and visitors adhere to protocols to minimize accidents.
Coordination & Scheduling: Schedule subcontractors, vendors, and labor to maintain project timelines.
Supervision: Direct and evaluate the performance of workers and subcontractors.
Documentation: Maintain accurate, daily site reports, material inventories, and progress photos.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve operational issues, material shortages, or safety hazards on-site
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 1 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
