Job Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and expand channel partner (CP) network to drive sales.
Appoint, onboard, and train channel partners on projects, pricing, and policies.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through CP-driven sales.
Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners and ensure
engagement.
Plan and execute CP meets, site visits, and promotional activities.
Track CP performance, closures, and lead conversion ratios.
Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and site teams for smooth lead flow and
closures.
Ensure compliance with company processes, documentation, and RERA
norms.
Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and pricing feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
5–10 years of experience in channel sales in real estate (mandatory).
Strong network of channel partners in Bengaluru market.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
Target-driven mindset with strong closing abilities.
Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office site teams for smooth lead flow and
closures.
