Key Responsibilities
Channel Development & Management
• Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with channel partners, resellers, and system integrators.
• Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.
• Ensure channel partners are informed and trained on product offerings and promotions.
Sales & Business Growth
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across laptops, desktops, tablets, monitors, and printers.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase product visibility and market penetration.
• Generate sales orders and follow up on timely payment collection.
Market Intelligence
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
• Gather market feedback and provide insights to the management team.
• Identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the IT hardware market.
Customer Relationship Management
• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners.
• Address partner queries, resolve issues, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Conduct regular partner visits and reviews.
Operational Coordination
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, inventory updates, logistics, and after-sales support.
• Ensure smooth execution of sales operations from lead generation to delivery.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 6+ years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
