Channel Sales Executive - Sales

1. Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the sales team 

2. Strong experience in CHANNEL sales in real estate industry

3. Experience in generating new leads through channel/Agents in real estate. 

4. Able to meet more channel partners and attach channel partners as per the monthly target. 

5. Motivate the channel partners/achieve the sales targets. 

6. Able to sign/negotiate with all the channel partners and comply as per the SLA/agreement. 

7. Responsible for  Team Targets 

8. Able to achieve month on month sales targets 

9. Developing, Enhancing, implementing of comprehensive Sales strategies thro Channels & other promotional activities for various projects to create new markets, achieve targeted sales. 

10. Competitor Trend Monitoring and Competitor Benchmarking / Channel partner research, in order to effectively balance competing priorities to full fill all customer expectations i.e., keeping abreast with competitor residential property offerings, pricing, location, quality, etc. 

11. Educating the client with the market trends, keeping them aware with the rental returns and the price appreciation they may get after investing in our properties.
