Key Responsibilities

• Revenue & Sales: Drive centre revenue targets by securing new clients and retaining existing families.

• Lead Generation: Proactively source leads through cold calling, networking, local outreach, and social media.

• Client Engagement: Set up meetings, host prospective parents and children at the centre, and present our programs and services.

• Deal Closure & Service: Negotiate memberships, close sales, handle customer inquiries, and resolve complaints or objections professionally.

• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and collaborate with a cross-functional team to achieve business goals.

• Marketing & Events: Represent the company at exhibitions, community events, and conferences to expand brand presence.

• Reporting & Feedback: Track sales and financial performance, generate regular progress reports, and pass customer feedback to internal teams to improve service quality.

Key Requirements

• Education & Experience: Graduate degree with proven experience in direct sales and customer-facing roles.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office; hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.

• Communication: High proficiency in spoken and written English, paired with strong presentation and negotiation skills.

• Mindset: Self-motivated, fast learner with a passion for sales and a results-driven mindset.

• Fitness: High energy levels and good physical fitness (essential for working in a active environment dedicated to children).
