Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Career Counsellor to guide students and professionals in making informed career decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide career guidance and counselling to students/job seekers

• Understand candidate background, skills, and career goals

• Suggest suitable career paths, courses, or job opportunities

• Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions (in-person/online)

• Maintain records of counselling sessions and follow-ups

• Stay updated with job market trends, courses, and career options

• Coordinate with training institutes, employers, or internal teams

Requirements:

• 1 to 5 years of experience as a Career Counsellor / Academic Counsellor

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to motivate and guide candidates effectively

• Basic knowledge of job market trends and career options

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any field (Psychology/Education preferred)
