Role Overview

We are hiring a result-driven Career Specialist to guide prospective students in choosing the right educational and career paths and convert inquiries into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents on courses and career options
Handle leads via calls, emails, and walk-ins
Convert inquiries into enrollments through follow-ups
Manage the student journey from inquiry to admission
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
Achieve monthly targets and maintain records

Requirements

Minimum 6 months of sales experience (education preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Target-oriented and good at multitasking
