We are seeking a customer-focused and enthusiastic Delivery Consultant to support the final stage of the vehicle sales process. The Delivery Consultant is responsible for ensuring customers have an exceptional vehicle handover experience, providing detailed product demonstrations, explaining vehicle features and documentation, and building long-term customer relationships. This role combines customer service, product knowledge, and sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage vehicle deliveries to customers.
Conduct professional vehicle handovers and explain vehicle features, technology, safety systems, and maintenance requirements.
Ensure all sales documentation, registration paperwork, and delivery checklists are completed accurately.
Assist customers with vehicle setup, including infotainment systems, mobile connectivity, and digital services.
Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Support the sales team in achieving customer satisfaction and retention targets.
Promote additional products and services such as extended warranties, service plans, accessories, and insurance options.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle models, features, financing options, and industry trends.
Coordinate with internal departments including sales, finance, service, and logistics to ensure smooth deliveries.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues promptly.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience in automotive sales, customer service, retail sales, or vehicle delivery is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and demonstration abilities.
Good organizational and administrative skills.
Basic computer proficiency and CRM system experience.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
