We are hiring candidates with prior experience in sales who will be responsible for
connecting with customers looking to sell their cars. The role involves
understanding customer expectations, negotiating pricing, and driving successful deal closures over calls.
Key Responsibilities
• Connect with customers interested in selling their cars
• Understand customer requirements and expectations on pricing
• Negotiate effectively to close deals
• Handle end-to-end closure process over calls
• Ensure timely follow-ups and high conversion rates
• Deliver a seamless and positive customer experience
• Maintain accurate records and update systems regularly
Eligibility Criteria (Strict)
• 1–4 years of experience in sales (preferred: telesales / inside sales / automotive
sales)
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and regional language (mandatory)
• Excellent negotiation and convincing skills
• Comfortable with high call volumes and target-driven environment
• Basic understanding of automobiles is a plus (not mandatory)
