📍 Job Location: Mumbai
💼 Industry: BPO / Customer Service
🏢 Process: Domestic Voice Process
💰 Salary: As per experience and interview

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate customer service calls handled by agents.

• Conduct call audits and maintain quality standards.

• Identify gaps in communication, process knowledge, and customer handling.

• Provide feedback and coaching to agents for performance improvement.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines.

• Coordinate with Team Leaders and Operations Managers.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate / HSC (as per company requirements).

• Prior experience as a Quality Analyst in a BPO is preferred.

• Good communication and analytical skills.

• Knowledge of call auditing, quality parameters, and feedback sessions.

• Basic MS Excel and reporting knowledge.

• Strong observation and problem-solving skills.
