Call Centre BPO Executive

We are looking for a Call Centre / BPO Executive to join our team at [Company Name] in Chandigarh / Mohali.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Experience: Fresher to 2 years (BPO/Telecalling preferred)

• Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English

• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills

• Ability to handle targets and pressure

• Basic computer knowledge

• Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude
