Job Description

We are looking for experienced and confident International Call Centre Executives to join our team and handle communication with international customers/clients.

The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, a professional approach, and prior experience handling international voice processes.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and/or outbound calls with international customers/clients.

Communicate professionally and effectively in English.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information/support.

Maintain call quality and achieve assigned performance targets.

Follow process guidelines, scripts and quality standards.

Maintain accurate customer and call records.

Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.

Eligibility

Minimum 2+ years of experience in an International Call Centre / BPO is mandatory.

Candidates with less than 2 years of relevant international call-centre experience will not be considered.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Good listening and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable working with targets and performance-based metrics.

Basic computer knowledge.

Candidates should be professional, punctual and customer-focused.
