Call Center Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Tele Caller to handle outbound and inbound calls, engage with potential customers, and support sales and customer service activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.

• Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team.

• Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

• Handle customer objections professionally and escalate issues when needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English; regional language is a plus).

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to handle rejection and work in a target-driven environment.

• Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Good listening skills and patience.
