Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join the IFB Contact Centre team. The role involves connecting with existing and potential IFB customers, explaining product benefits, and promoting AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), warranty extensions, and value-added services. Candidates should be confident communicators with strong sales abilities and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
· Make outbound and inbound calls to customers for AMC, warranty extension, and product upgrade sales.
· Understand customer needs and recommend suitable IFB service plans and products.
· Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
· Coordinate with service team for payment collection and service updates.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
Requirements:
· Diploma or Graduate (freshers or experienced).
· Good communication skills in Hindi, English, Konkani, or Marathi.
· Basic computer knowledge and willingness to work in a fast-paced contact-centre environment.
· A positive attitude and strong persuasion skills.
