We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations Executive to manage daily operations, support business growth, and ensure smooth coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform data analysis and generate actionable insights

- Apply creative problem-solving to improve processes

- Handle team coordination across sales, logistics, and vendors

- Manage field classification & record retrieval

- Maintain proper documentation & workflow management

- Conduct research & market data analysis

- Support events & social media engagement activities

- Execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns

- Handle cold calling & lead follow-ups

- Oversee and manage day-to-day business operations

Requirements:

- Strong analytical and organizational skills

- Good communication & coordination abilities

- Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Basic understanding of marketing & operations is a plus
