
Coordinate day-to-day field operations, technician schedules, and service appointments.
Ensure timely service delivery and assign service teams based on location and workload.
Track jobs, closures, and daily operational updates.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Provide service recommendations, share quotations, and follow up for confirmation.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Maintain service reports, job sheets, and treatment documentation.
Update CRM/ERP with daily service entries, customer data, and follow-up tasks.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Coordinate between sales, technicians, business support, and accounts departments.
Assist in material requirement planning for technicians (chemicals, equipment, PPE).
Ensure timely submission of service reports and billing documents.
Prepare and follow up on invoices for completed services.
Coordinate with the accounts team for payment collection and reconciliation.
Track pending payments and inform customers regarding dues.
Ensure services follow safety protocols and pest-control standards.
Maintain documentation for audits, ISO requirements, and government compliance.
Monitor technician performance and report deviations.
Assist with vendor coordination, petty cash management, and office administration.
Maintain stock registers for chemicals, equipment, and service materials.
Support the HR team in maintaining attendance and technician records.
Identify workflow gaps and suggest process improvements.
Support the development of SOPs to enhance operational efficiency.
Assist management in implementing new tools, platforms, and operational strategies.
Strong communication and customer-handling skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel, CRM/ERP tools
Multi-tasking and coordination ability
Basic understanding of pest control services (added advantage)
Problem-solving and time management
