Mayabini Energy Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing solar EPC company specializing in rooftop solar installations for residential, commercial, and industrial customers. We are looking for an organized and responsible Office Manager to manage daily office operations and support our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office operations.

• Coordinate with sales, operations, and installation teams.

• Handle customer calls, emails, and follow-ups.

• Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and reports.

• Maintain office records, documents, and files.

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers.

• Manage attendance, employee records, and office administration.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

• Support management in daily business activities.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com/BBA/B.tech preferred).

• 2–5 years of office administration or management experience.

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Assamese is an advantage).

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.

• Basic knowledge of accounting and documentation.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Honest, responsible, and self-motivated.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a solar, electrical, construction, or EPC company.

• Knowledge of Tally or Zoho Books is an advantage.

• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
