Key Responsibilities

• Front-Desk Management: Greet visitors, parents, and students warmly

• Operations & Coordination: Handle inquiries, bridge communication between center head, teachers and parents, and coordinate small events

• Administrative Support: Perform daily office tasks including inventory management, software updates, social ads and tele-calling.

• Facility Maintenance: Ensure the reception and administrative areas remain tidy, welcoming, and presentable at all times.

Job Requirements

• Education & Experience: Any Bachelor's Degree with 0 to 5 years of relevant experience.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital management tools.

• Key Traits: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a professional, customer-focused attitude.
