About the Role
Anand Paints is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Business Head – Sales & Marketing to lead business growth, sales strategy, and P&L operations. This is a leadership role responsible for expanding the company's presence across Central India through dealer, distributor, and trade channel development while delivering sustainable revenue and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Own complete P&L responsibility and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Lead Channel Sales, Trade Sales, and Distribution Management across assigned regions.
Develop and expand dealer, distributor, and retailer networks.
Drive market expansion, business development, and new territory penetration.
Formulate and execute sales and go-to-market strategies.
Lead, mentor, and build high-performing regional sales teams.
Manage key accounts, institutional customers, and strategic channel partners.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer insights.
Ensure strong execution of sales plans and achievement of business objectives.
Candidate Profile
15–22 years of leadership experience in Sales, Channel Sales, Trade Sales, or Business Development.
Experience in Paints, Decorative Paints, Industrial Paints, Primers, Thinners, Sealers, Construction Chemicals, Building Materials, Adhesives, Hardware, Cement, Tiles, or related industries.
Proven experience as Business Head, Regional Sales Head, Zonal Sales Head, General Manager – Sales, or Business Unit Head.
Strong expertise in P&L Management, Channel Expansion, Distribution Strategy, and Team Leadership.
Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
Preferred Background
Candidates with strong experience in Paints, Coatings, Construction Chemicals, Building Materials, or Industrial Sales, especially in Channel Sales, Trade Sales, Distribution Management, and Regional Business Leadership, will be preferred.
Education
MBA (Marketing) preferred.
