You will help u to build our Workforce Intelligence – Healthcare vertical.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Identify hospitals, healthcare chains, diagnostics, clinics and healthcare businesses.

• Discover upcoming expansions, new facilities and workforce requirements.

• Connect with promoters, CEOs, HR Heads and senior decision-makers.

• Generate new B2B opportunities.

• Present our Workforce Intelligence, HR, competency Matrixes,Performance &Automation solutions.

• Arrange meetings, quote proposals and drive negotiations.

• Convert prospects to proposal.

• Build and maintain a strong healthcare business pipeline.

• Develop long-term strategic client relationships.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

The ideal Business Magnet should have:

• Minimum Graduate qualification.

• 2–5 years of progressive B2B Business Development / Sales experience.

• Proven track record of generating business.

• Healthcare / Hospital / Diagnostics / Pharma / Healthcare Services experience preferred.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Excellent networking and relationship-building ability.

• Confidence to approach senior decision-makers.

• Strong negotiation, follow-up and closing skills.

• Business understanding and commercial awareness.

• Artistic / creative / co-curricular interests are preferred.

• Ability to work independently in a startup environment.

• Willingness to travel for business collaboration.
