Business Loan Officer

We are looking for a Business Loan Officer to join our team at Adi Chitragupta Finance Limited. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹13,000 - ₹18,000 per month along with performance-based incentives of upto ₹15,000 per month and opportunities for rapid career growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Doing market survey and activities to generate New Leads.

• Ensuring that Leads are converted into Business.

• Letting customers know about products company offers.

• Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts.

• Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.

• Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.

Knowledge and Skills That Will Make You Successful:

• Experience: Fresher or upto 3 years of experience in Individual Business Loan Vertical in a NBFC/MFI.

• Age: Between 21 years to 30 years

• Driving License: Must possess a valid driving license and 2-wheeler.

• Communication Skills: Good control on Hindi and Regional Language.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills to address client concerns and queries effectively.

• IT Skills: Proficiency in using IT software like MS Office, LOS/LMS systems, etc.
