Business Development Officer

Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving growth through consultative selling. This role requires a balance of commercial awareness, communication skills, and a client-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through calls, meetings, referrals, and networking

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable funding or financial solutions

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with SMEs, MSMEs, and corporate clients

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution

• Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM or internal systems

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and funding products

• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets with a focus on quality closures

• Represent Nova Bridge with professionalism, clarity, and integrity

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to understand client needs and offer solution-based pitches

• Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable with targets

• Basic understanding of financial products or willingness to learn

• Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and CRM tools
